Group reservation. Group reservation is suitable for your event when you prefer quaranteed room availability. Group co-ordination is made simple and easy to administer. A rooming list of participants and other requirements are to be sent to the hotel no later than two weeks prior to arrival. You will be sent one group invoice per accommodation group.

Fixed room allotment. Room allotment allows the participants to book the hotel rooms directly from the hotel or online. A rooming list is not required. The hotel allots the required number of rooms for your group and quarantees the availability of these rooms at the price offered until two weeks prior to arrival. Hotel cancellation terms secure the fixed room allotment.

Open room allotment. Room allotment allows the participants to book the hotel rooms directly from the hotel or online. A rooming list is not required. The hotel allots the certain number of rooms at the price offered. The hotel has the right to withdraw the allotment unilaterally. An individual room booked from the allotment can be cancelled without costs until 6pm on the date of arrival (unless otherwise agreed).
